Our Story
For four years 365Tribes mission has been to help organisations increase adoption of Microsoft 365, by enabling Champions to work more productively, save time and be able to collaborate with colleagues easily.
We’ve done this by designing and developing a unique M365 Digital Champions Programme YourChampions proven to capture the hearts and minds of the users.
YourChampions, the first fully managed Digital Champions Programme is delivered through Microsoft Teams, ensuring Champions are immediately onboarded into one of their key workloads.
Over the last 4 years, we’ve developed long-lasting relationships with our clients. As our company has grown, we continue to be as committed to our mission now as we were when the company was first formed back in September 2018!
These last four years have been fun ? and we’re so excited about what the future has in store.

The 365Tribe team thrives on helping our clients and potential clients. We believe in guiding our customers through the transformation process of Microsoft 365 Adoption and Change Management, making sure our team becomes an extension of their team with the same aspirations and goals.

We’ve learned that each client’s journey to the Digital Workplace is unique. Being passionate about people and technology, we have been able to engage with our customer’s user communities to create bespoke roadmaps and solutions that suit the needs of their business, culture, and Microsoft 365 roadmap.

We’ve delivered up-to-date learning content, Waffle Bars, held 1-2-1 sessions, ran 100’s of Webinars, developed Videos, and answered 1000’s of questions through our Ask the Expert Channels and with our unique Microsoft Teams Q&A Champ BOT.

We’ve shared regular Microsoft 365 Tips and Tricks, and launched our Tribe Talk Webinar stories to continue our belief that knowledge is for sharing.
Our signature Digital Champions Programme has grown in sophistication, as we’ve introduced modern processes to help Champions and users fully embrace the Microsoft Digital Workplace.

Over the last year, we have been excited to be sponsors of Collab Summit, The largest European Microsoft 365, Teams and Power Platform event, where we exhibited in Dusseldorf, Germany.

We hold Tribe Meets every week to share what we’ve learned and plans on how to best use that information to help our clients. Whilst meeting in person monthly and making sure we have regular team social events.
