Rob Pratt

Head of Product Development

Rob has proudly worn his ‘geek’ badge since 1997 when he discovered his passion for Microsoft Excel.

He derives immense joy from sparking a similar enthusiasm for all things Microsoft in others, effectively demonstrated in his online sessions and Microsoft 365 events. Rob has a unique ability to translate his knowledge into digestible insights, helping even the most technologically unversed see how Microsoft technologies can optimise their daily tasks.

With a history of delivering projects for international clientele, Rob’s expertise plays a pivotal role in satisfying their expectations. He is celebrated for his profound knowledge and engaging delivery style. As the mastermind behind our Digital Champions Programmes and our series of YourKnowHow videos, Rob is in charge of our product development.

In addition to his contributions to 365Tribe, Rob is an accomplished author and a recognised speaker at conferences and community events.

Outside of his professional sphere, Rob is a fitness enthusiast who isn’t afraid of getting a little muddy during countryside Triathlons. When he isn’t indulging in such adventurous pursuits, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Rachel, daughter Evie, and their dog Benji.

Sarah Manley

Head of Administration and Community Manager

Sarah serves as the Head of Administration and ‘Primary Coordinator’ at 365Tribe, embodying multiple roles including matriarch, trusted advisor, and the first port of call for all things organisational. Drawing from her 20-year experience managing the daily operations of her own business, Sarah strives endlessly to help others shine. With a philosophy that no task is too daunting, she focuses on providing solutions rather than pinpointing difficulties. Her unwavering commitment to providing stellar service, with a distinct focus on client needs, remains at the heart of all she does.

When not orchestrating operations at 365Tribe, Sarah relishes in taking occasional vacations, concocting cocktails, and keeping everyone on their toes!

Matt O’Malley

Digital Champion Programme Manager

Matt serves as our diligent and versatile Manager of Digital Advocacy Initiatives. With a deep-seated love for technology and gaming, he enjoys tinkering with PC’s, gaming, and has cultivated a keen interest in Microsoft 365 in recent years. As a natural communicator, Matt relishes in connecting with people, whether through technological platforms or face-to-face interactions.

Most of his time is devoted to enhancing his skills in Microsoft 365, managing our Champions’ environments, and guiding Champions to understand Microsoft 365 through the range of expert sessions he conducts. Matt shares Luke’s enthusiasm for football and various other sports.

Darshan became a treasured addition to the 365Tribe product team in 2022. His enthusiasm for technology and people makes him an ideal fit for our organisation, as he is particularly invested in ensuring precision in our custom programme development. Darshan also finds joy in engaging with Digital Champions, addressing their queries and sharing a wealth of Microsoft 365 tips and tricks.

Outside of work, Darshan loves spending quality time with his family and friends. A passionate gamer, he can often be found engrossed in a gaming session, typically alongside Matthew, during the evenings.
