Work clarity often comes in the form of a list. What is important? What needs doing today?
Paper based lists are a comfortable habit for some of us…
Creating task lists electronically, for example, in OneNote has many benefits! ?
- Easily share tasks with your colleagues (using a shared OneNote file stored in OneDrive, Teams or SharePoint)
- Give others visibility of what you are doing
- Work together to complete departmental\project tasks
- Capture supporting tasks information including text, images and web addresses
- Group related tasks using OneNote structure including multiple Notebooks, Sections and Pages
- To Do Tags allow you mark tasks as completed ☑ (press tab on your keyboard to indent and show sub tasks, shift and tab to reverse the process and out dent)
- Sign in from different devices to see your tasks (never lose your task list!)
** Yes, I did just tick off the item in my OneNote to “Create a tip about paperless task lists” ** ?
