Work clarity often comes in the form of a list. What is important? What needs doing today?

Paper based lists are a comfortable habit for some of us…

Creating task lists electronically, for example, in OneNote has many benefits! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

  • Easily share tasks with your colleagues (using a shared OneNote file stored in OneDrive, Teams or SharePoint)
    • Give others visibility of what you are doing
    • Work together to complete departmental\project tasks
  • Capture supporting tasks information including text, images and web addresses
  • Group related tasks using OneNote structure including multiple Notebooks, Sections and Pages
  • To Do Tags allow you mark tasks as completed โ˜‘ (press tab on your keyboard to indent and show sub tasks, shift and tab to reverse the process and out dent)
  • Sign in from different devices to see your tasks (never lose your task list!)
